Terms of Use

Please review these Cavali Club Subscription Box Membership Terms carefully and ensure you understand as they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms.

Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel or we terminate your account.

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale.

Quarterly Memberships.

A “Quarterly” Membership consists of an initial Cavali Club box and an additional quarterly box sent out quarterly (every three months, four times a year) thereafter – Winter (December), Spring (March), Summer (June), Fall (September).

1. If you sign up for a Quarterly Membership, you will be billed $69 upon sign-up/initial purchase. The specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $69 on the fifteenth day of the month prior to shipment of the next box. For example, purchasing a “Winter” box in December means an immediate transaction of $69. The next “Spring” box will be billed on February 15 (prior to March 1 shipment).
2. Seasonal Memberships automatically renew each “Quarter” and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above.

Annual Memberships.

1. If you choose an Annual Membership, your subscription will include the same boxes as you would receive under a Quarterly Membership. If you sign up for an Annual Membership, you will be immediately billed as a non-refundable minimum purchase.

2. Annual Memberships automatically renew on the next billing date after your first four boxes, typically on the fifteenth day of the month prior to shipment. You will not be charged for your subscription again until the end of your annual term. Your subscription automatically renews each year unless you decide to cancel before your renewal date.  

“Add On” Purchases.

Add ons are offered to members with each quarterly box. Prior to shipment, members will be notified of Add On availability, and will be given the opportunity to add to their upcoming box. These products are not included within the membership price, but can be added for a specified price. In order to receive chosen Add Ons, members must confirm their order at checkout prior to the shipment of their box. 

Cancellation Policy.

Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. 

In order to cancel your Subscription, simply login to your customer area and follow the directions for cancellation.

Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Membership renewal. For Quarterly Memberships, this means that you must cancel before the billing date for the next Quarter. For Annual Memberships, you must cancel prior to the billing date for the next annual period.

 

Return Policy.

Cavali Club does not accept returns. Delivered shipments are non-refundable.

 

Shipping and Taxes.

Sales tax will be applied to orders. Shipments to Canada incur an $20.00 shipping charge.
